Unfortunately, that original code was 1) outdated, and 2) lost forever into the black hole that is publishing to the web without backing up…

V.P., Marketing
In May 2019, with her B.A. in Public Relations from California State University Chico, M.S. in Marketing from University of Denver, and a seven year marketing career under her belt, Brianne joined the family business she had rejected her entire life.
Having learned that she liked her family a lot more than the politics and red tape of the corporate world, she accepted the Vice President of Marketing role with the stipulation that property management work would also be required.
Currently, she manages all marketing for four company brands: SFinvest, Geralyn Sheridan Designs, The Square at Five Parks, and the Broomfield Professional Campus.
Property Manager
In January 2020, the family business acquired its first Colorado property for Brianne to manage and rebrand: The Square at Five Parks.
The Square is a five building, mixed-use portfolio on the northwest side of Arvada, Colorado and includes nine loft apartments and a multitude of local businesses that serve the neighborhood.
In March 2021, the Broomfield Professional Campus (BPC) was acquired as well. This three building office campus in Broomfield, Colorado is primarily medical and is home to many businesses focusing on children’s wellness.
